Genetic algorithms?

Hi,

I'm trying to do an optimization by genetic algorithms.
There are lots of publicly available libraries of programs to implement
them (e.g. http://lancet.mit.edu/ga/ for C++).
But I couldn't find anything written in IDL. 

So if anyone happens to know about publicly available IDL code for
genetic algorithms, let me know!
