This command is *very* useful.  I've been using it quite a bit with
the 5.3 beta version.  It's one of those things (like POINTERS) that 
makes you think "how did we get along without this for so long?"

If you are upgrading, I would suggest the SuSE Linux 
distribution (www.suse.com).  IDL works fine with SuSE 6.1,  
and it's much better than Redhat in my opinion.
